Spicy Shrimp Ciabatta Bread

Yes, Mardi Gras creeps up on everyone – but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t enjoy Creole food throughout the entire year and this hand held appetizer is the perfect solution. With the perfect blend of spices, seafood, and you guessed it – carbs – this appetizer will please the masses. Meet my Spicy Shrimp Ciabatta Bread.

Taking fresh Ciabatta bread, mayo, dill, chives, shrimp, cheese, cajun seasoning and garlic you will do three things: 1. cut the bread in 2 half exposing the inside, 2. Toss Shrimp in the Cajun seasoning then sauté in a fry pan until cooked, 3. mix the rest of the ingredients together in a bowl.

After you mix everything together and cook the shrimp, add it all together and stir stir stir. When I say this Spicy Shrimp Ciabatta Bread is super simple. It really is super simple!

Spread it on the Ciabatta and then cook for 15-20 minutes on 350 and viola… Louisiana style appetizer is hot and ready to enjoy! A must make for any party but especially for your Mardi Gras Party!
